First consultations with Fairway are free. Where you enroll in a paid service (for example test preparation classes or a paid application package), the following applies.
Cancellations
You may cancel any paid service in writing before we begin work on your file. Cancellations after work has begun are handled on a pro-rata basis reflecting the stage completed.
Refunds
- Government, university and third-party fees (application, visa, test, courier) are non-refundable once paid to those parties.
- Refund requests are processed within 30 working days of approval.
Disputes
Any disagreement will first be discussed with your counselor and the branch manager. Unresolved matters are governed by the laws of Nepal.
