Parents,

Thank-you to everyone who helped makes the Chinese New Year’s celebration a fun, delicious event. It’s wonderful to see so many of you get involved with our school celebrations.

Well it’s that time of year again! We are now taking in-school registration for the 2010~2011 school year. The supply fee for 3 year olds is $190.00; and for Pre-K and Kindergarten is $210.00. The tuition will be $180.00 per week or $720.00 per month for the new school year beginning June 1st, 2010. If you plan to continue bringing your child(ren) to Fairway next school year, you need to register by the end of March. In April we will begin registering new students.



Pre-1st Summer Class –It turned out pretty good last summer, so this year we will continue to have a Pre-1st Grade Summer class for our 2010 Kindergarten graduates, the first day of Pre-1st will be June 1st, 2010. The supply and field trip fees are $180.00. The tuition will be $180.00 per week or $720.00 per month. If your child(ren) is staying for Summer Pre-1st Grade class please sign up right away by paying the supply fee as your reservation. Also, due to the material ordering, please sign up before the end of March.


Graduation Pictures –It’s time for Graduation Pictures. Please note the class & dates at the top of this newsletter. On March 16 ALL classes will take group pictures. Don’t forget to dress your child up.


Parent Conferences –It’s time again for Parent Conferences for Kindergarten. Your child’s teacher will post a schedule on her sign in/out board. You can sign up for a time to talk to her about your child’s progress. The conferences will be the week of March 22 to 26.


Very Important Alert –No jackets, sweatshirts, dress, or even pants with strings are allowed to be worn to school. This is for your child’s safety. Parents please do cooperate with us!!


Medicine at School –Parent must fill out a medicine form for ALL medicines including Cough Drops. All medicine must be taken to the kitchen, not in your child’s school bag or pockets. Cough drops and vitamins are medicine not candy. When you put them in your child’s bag or pockets, they treat it like candy and share. This is not safe as some kids may be allergic or your child may eat too many. Parents, we don’t mind to give your child medicine if he/she needs it. It does not bother us at all, don’t worry!
